Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

• The item is in its original condition with tags and packaging

• You received the wrong product, damaged product, or incorrect size

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Lingerie sets

• Panties

• Bodysuits

• Clearance or sale items

Nighties can be returned or exchanged if unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Provide your order number and pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Return/Exchange Process

• Once your request is approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

• After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit/refund (according to your chosen option).

• Refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect.

Important Notes

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake was from our side (wrong or damaged item).

• Exchanges depend on product availability.
